Mask orders are on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS ONLY. We are unable to hold masks for customers at this time. Limits for mask purchases may change based on what we receive in our shipment week to week. Mask colors and packaging may vary.
Shipping policies: Carefully review shipping information before purchasing. Incorrect shipping information will fall upon the customer.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered with HoneyDip Supply Co. passes to you the consumer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and tracking is provided to you.
Orders are eligible for cancellation if notified before the order is processed. If orders are cancelled after the order is processed there is a $25 restocking fee.
All packages come with a tracking number. USPS and UPS update their system every time your package moves. If you will not be home at the expected delivery date/time, YOU can request to have your package held at your nearest USPS Post Office via USPS.com
Processing time: 2-5 business days
If you're purchasing bundles, allow 2-3 business days to receive your package once processing is complete
Once your order is done being processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. Be sure to check your spam folder and wait up to 5 business days before contacting us!
FAQ
How are my HoneyDip Bundle orders fulfilled?
1) You pay for your order
2) You receive an email confirmation
3) Processing time begins. Processing is 2-5 business days. Processing time does NOT include weekends or holidays. If your order is purchased on a Saturday, it will be filled on the following business day (Monday).
4) Once processing is over, your shipping label is created
5) You'll receive an order fulfillment email
6) Shipping via USPS Priority mail or UPS (2-3 business days)
How do I maintain my extensions?
The most important thing to remember about your hair extensions is to treat them like you would your real hair.
• ALL HAIR TEXTURES:
-Wrap your hair nightly with silk scarf or bonnet (doing this helps lock in moisture and eliminates unnecessary shedding/tangling).
-Under your scarf your hair should be twisted/braided into pigtails/plaits (this helps the hair from matting and tangling while sleeping).
-ALWAYS use heat protectant before using any kind of heated styling tools (if not used your hair can become very brittle and produce split ends/breakage and frizzy/dry hair).
-CONDITION your hair at least once every week; SHAMPOO your hair once every 3 1/2 weeks. (timeframe may vary depending on amount of styling and product build up). We highly recommend sulfate free products!
-ALWAYS comb/detangle from the ends up.
• DEEPWAVE/CURLY
-Detangle your hair extensions ONLY when the hair is wet (detangling your hair while its dry can cause breakage, shedding, and loss of hair).
-Detangle your curly/wavy hair EVERY morning and EVERY night before wrapping (please follow same wrapping instructions listed above).
-Use a leave in conditioner/water mix to help keep your curls/waves moisturized.
-ALWAYS comb/detangle from the ends up.
-Always let you hair air dry; blow drying has the possibility of ruining your hair extensions.
-Use professional consulting for adding any coloring or other chemicals to your extensions

Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations all sales are final! Before shipment your order has gone through strict quality control system so we ensure that ONLY best quality virgin hair was shipped to you.
